Literacy Centers

The end of our day is center time. It is certainly a favorite time of the day. At the start of the year, the centers were more oriented towards play. Now, nearing the end of the first quarter, there are many literacy objectives woven into the center time. The kids are learning and practicing important skills as they play. Here is just a few of the literacy centers we have been practicing.
